1. Subscription Model
Kollabhouse operates on a subscription basis. Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
2. Free Plan
If Kollabhouse offers a free plan or limited free tier, no payment is required and no refund applies.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. Unless required by law:
- Annual payments are non-refundable once processed.
- No pro-rata refunds are provided for early cancellation.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and correct verified billing mistakes.
7. Service Availability
Temporary outages, maintenance, or feature updates do not automatically qualify for refunds. Kollabhouse provides the Platform on an "as available" basis, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a major failure occurs under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy as provided by law.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
- Access to the Platform may be revoked.
We encourage customers to contact support before raising disputes with their payment provider.
